Can I do Cardio Tennis?
Each our Cardio Tennis pros are licensed CT instructors and we have our ways of making sure that everyone involved has a great experience.
No prior tennis skills required!
Do I have to wear a Heart Rate Monitor?
In order to ensure a safe, healthy & productive workout, each of our participants must use Heart Rate tracking technology. We have an amazing partnership with Polar to access the latest in wearable HRM tech.
Is this class good for advanced players as well?
One of the main purposes of Cardio Tennis is "Train for Tennis". The use of the Cardio Ball combined with the skill of the pro creates the appropriate challenge for any fitness or tennis level.
